1. Online Shopping
1.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
1.2 We will not be liable if for any reason the Fatherheart Media website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all the Fatherheart Media website.
2. Order process
2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- There is a system or procurement failure; and
- Failed customer validation checks.
- Legal restrictions or practices for products in the country you have selected which prevents us fulfilling your order for delivery;
- Other restrictions for the country you have selected which prevents us fulfilling your order for delivery.
2.3 Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and Fatherheart Media will take place when your goods are dispatched by your carrier. We reserve the right to fulfill multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by your carrier.
3.1 All parcels will be delivered by your carrier and may require a signature on delivery.
3.1.1 Postage costs can be seen in the Shopping Cart, once you have added your item(s), before payment.
3.2 Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
3.3 Your order will be accepted by Fatherheart Media when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from Fatherheart Media for delivery to your chosen address. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
3.3.1 Prices includes Postage + Bubble Wrapped Bags or Boxes. We will do our best to protect your purchases through adequate packing.
Payment, VAT and Non-EU Customs
3.4 Payment is to be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
3.5 The price paid by you to Fatherheart Media for your product will not include any customs charges which may be payable in the destination country. These will be payable by the purchaser.
3.6 You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
International Delivery Charges
3.7 You will be charged for deliveries according to the scale published by the UK Postal Service or relevant courier service.
International Delivery Lead Times
3.8 Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination.
3.9 Your carrier will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside their control, for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Fatherheart Media shall be under no liability for any delay or failure by your carrier to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.10 While Fatherheart Media provides products for download, Fatherheart Media and its associated companies take no responsibility for the downloading of software from this website or from any linked sites.
4. Order Cancellation
EU Customer's Right to Cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order provided that you notify us in writing no later than 7 working days after the day on which your receive your products. Please see the Distance Selling Regulations section for more information.
These legal rights do not apply to non-EU customers. If you change your mind about wanting goods you have ordered, please see the general returns information at Section 7 below.

4.2 As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch . After collection by your carrier for dispatch our Returns Policy at clause 7 will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in clause 7.2.
5. Returns Policy
5.1 Returns or exchanges cannot be made for a change of mind. Therefore please choose carefully before placing your order.
5.2 We cannot refund or exchange Audio or video recordings, games and computer software.
5.2.1 All CDs and DVDs are visually checked for scratches before shipment.
5.2.2 We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
5.2.3 Any purchase you make from this site is an agreement that you understand and accept these terms.
This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.
5.3 Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
5.4 How to Return or Exchange:
The delivery charge or any applicable local customs duties will not be refunded in the event that your goods are returned.

5.4.1 PayPal Returns
If you wish to return faulty goods that were purchased via Paypal for a full refund (less delivery charge) then you must return your goods by post or courier, and we will then process a refund direct to your PayPal account.
5.6 None of the above refund terms affect your statutory rights in the UK when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 We only accept payment for orders in pounds (£) sterling.
6.2 We currently accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer. Shortly we will be able to process payments by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit,
6.3 If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in pounds (£) sterling at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

7. Pricing Policy
7.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at appropriate rate and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
7.2 Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
